Finger jointing system for vertical and horizontal milling, finger profiles; together with newly developed clamping stations and the transfer channel on the milling carriage, the MINDA MACH I offers the following groundbreaking advantages: high cycle rates, featuring a 1200 mm milling channel for 40 mm wood thickness and throughput of approx. 150 running meters per minute, very reliable material transport—no failure-prone conveyor rollers, no V-belts, flaps, or cross conveyors—extremely high availability; suitable for all cross-sections including square timber, thanks to fully automatic, continuous channel adjustment. In extreme cases, individual piece milling is possible, making the line extremely flexible. Performance: with KVH 160 x 280 mm, output is 38 running meters per minute; with KVH 100 x 300 mm, 64 running meters per minute; with BSH 45 x 250 mm, 110 running meters per minute.
