Operating principle:
The automatic core cutter allows cutting of your cardboard tubes while the machine operator may attend to other tasks. Core length, dimensions, and the desired quantity are entered via the control panel. The magazine is loaded with 2-meter-long cores and, after pressing the start button, the machine autonomously executes the job without operator intervention or supervision.

This significantly reduces the number of different core sizes that must be kept in stock, saving storage capacity and costs.
Our automatic core cutter features a 4-axis servo drive from Bosch Rexroth. With minimal investment, it covers all requirements for small and medium-sized businesses.

We can accommodate your custom software requirements. Production orders can be entered via USB stick or manually through the control panel. Jobs are stored and can be easily repeated as needed.
For optimal service, the machine is equipped with an Ethernet port for diagnostics and rapid troubleshooting.

The machine is supplied with one set of core adapters; additional adapter sizes are available on request. The operator must make the necessary adjustments when changing core diameters.

Available adapters for core inner diameters: 30 / 50 / 70 / 76 / 150 / 152 mm
