BREWERIES & DISTILLERIES Sp. z o.o. has been specializing for many years in expert consulting, design, and implementation of beer and distillate production lines. We manufacture private label brands for our clients and offer automatic drink dispensing systems.

Our company’s advantage is our highly qualified and experienced team of engineers, which enables us to execute turnkey investments comprehensively. To date, we have designed and implemented for production 28 craft breweries and 3 craft distilleries in Poland. We have produced over 200 private label craft alcohol brands for our clients and implemented 30 DRINK WALL automatic drink dispensing systems in hotels and restaurants.

We would like to offer you a used SALM brewpub brewery. SALM has been continuously manufacturing complete brewery installations since 1924. The brewery was manufactured in 2023 for a client in Bucharest and has brewed just 5 batches to date, so we can consider the offered installation as practically factory-new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below is the full technical specification of the offered brewery:

Annual production capacity: 1100 hl/beer

1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, built in an A shape
with Salm Brewmatic 02 computerized control – 1 unit.
2. Copper cladding of the mash tun and lauter tun in the cylindrical section of the brewhouse.
3. Brewhouse platforms made of stainless steel – 2 units.
4. External wort heating kettle with atmospheric gas burner, powered by natural gas or propane – 1 unit.

16. UNI tanks 11 hl, double-walled, 100 mm PU insulation, integrated cooling jacket, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.0 bar, built-in CIP – 6 units.
17. TÜV inspection for 6 UNI tanks with nameplates for each unit.
18. Dispensing tank for finished beer, 3.0 bar, 10 hl capacity, stainless steel 1.4301, insulated with polyurethane foam, water jacketed, horizontal with frame – 4 units.
19. Electronic temperature control for each UNI and dispensing tank – 10 units.
20. Control cable with protective hose, screw connection for each UNI and dispensing tank – 10 units.
21. Pipe and fitting package for single-site piping installation – 1 set.
22. Set including one 22 m beer hose with fittings and a mini laboratory.

The brewery has type approval from the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.
At the client’s request, we can arrange transport of the brewery from Bucharest to Poland, as well as installation.
