The machine is installed in a pit.

Condition description:
The Carnaghi had the cross roller bearing replaced about half a year ago.
All Siemens components in the electrical cabinet were replaced completely at the end of 2023.
Additionally, the machine features a probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement.
As a special feature, the machine is equipped with a probe on the Z-axis (Z1-axis). This provides accuracy and time advantages, as the tool does not need to be removed for measurement. However, this probe is currently deactivated and should be overhauled before recommissioning.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a Rotomors six-jaw compensating chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was completely overhauled in 2020/21.
