The Poly-clip System FCA 3442 is a high-performance, automatic double-clipper machine that represents the industry standard in professional sausage production and meat processing plants. This machine is designed for medium and large meat processing facilities, sausage producers, and companies manufacturing delicatessen products. Its main function is to precisely, quickly, and consistently close artificial, collagen, and fibrous casings (within the calibre range supported by this model), enabling automated, continuous production of sausage chubs, pâtés, and other products.

The unit operates in direct conjunction with vacuum fillers, receiving pre-portioned filling and automatically applying two clips simultaneously (while simultaneously cutting the casing between them). Its advanced mechanics and proven clipping system ensure optimal casing tension and a tight seal, which directly translates into the high visual quality of the final product and microbiological safety. After clipping, the finished product is discharged onto an integrated roller conveyor with a width of 340 mm for further thermal processing or packaging.
