Powder Coating Systems

For years, powder coating has been continuously evolving as an alternative to wet painting and has recently gained increasing importance due to its lower environmental impact, since it does not use solvents or produce paint sludge. The ability to reclaim powder allows for particularly high levels of efficiency.

For users, powder coating offers the advantage of creating an extremely durable and corrosion-resistant surface that is significantly more impact-resistant than a conventional paint finish. Moreover, post-processing such as sanding or drilling the powder-coated parts is easily possible without the coating flaking off.

Thanks to the heavy loads in the commercial and utility vehicle sector, powder coating has become the perfect solution here. To accommodate ever larger components, we offer our spacious powder booth, which, combined with manual coating, knows no limits and—when paired with a conveyor system—is suitable for workpieces of any size.

Automatic Powder Coating Systems
If your focus is on high volumes and fast throughput, an automated powder coating system is the way forward.
Coupled with a conveyor system, light grids ensure precise detection and, consequently, accurate dosing of the powder amount—guaranteeing maximum efficiency. Of course, the system can also be equipped with lifters and robots, making it possible to process even the most complex parts.

Powder Curing Ovens & Flash-Off Dryers

Equipped with the highest insulation class, our ovens maintain high efficiency throughout. Precise temperature control also allows the oven to be used as a flash-off dryer to dry pre-treated materials. In addition, temperatures of up to 250°C are possible, enabling additional use as a tempering oven, for example, with hot-dip galvanized materials.
Naturally, standard use as a powder curing oven is straightforward. Optimal air distribution and a visualized control panel prevent overbaking and even allow different color shades to be cured in a single cycle.
