The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS series is the built-in pump and associated collection tank integrated directly into the belt press. This not only saves you the cost of a separate tank and pump but also conserves a significant amount of space.
The juice yield from apples with our belt press is approximately 75%.
The collection tray is equipped with a sieve system, ensuring that the juice is filtered as part of the pressing process, resulting in an even purer product.
The belt press operates automatically. When the mash hopper is full, the machines upstream of the belt press automatically stop. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice into the tanks.
The belt press is equipped with a high-pressure cleaner that continuously washes the machine’s belt. Our belt washing system is simple, contains no motors or reduction gears, which extends the service life and reduces maintenance costs.
At the end of the workday, the belt press should be washed manually with a water jet. A complete cleaning process takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Cleaning is straightforward, and all parts of the belt press can be easily removed without tools.
The belt tension is adjustable.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and features adjustable feet.
