The PRO-50 features a specially developed motor and a 2-speed gearbox (240/480 rpm) optimized to deliver suitable cutting speeds for HSS cutters up to Ø 45 mm and twist drills up to Ø 23 mm. The rigid frame, optimized via FEA software (Finite Element Analysis), enhances tool life and allows a cutting depth of up to 75 mm. Its compact design and innovative lightweight smart magnet make the machine exceptionally portable. Thanks to Magnetic Field Shape Control (MFSC), the PRO-50 achieves maximum holding force on thin materials. Both the operator and the machine are protected from working on overly thin workpieces by the Magnetic Power Adhesion Control (MPAC) module. Additionally, the PRO-50 is equipped with an Energy Saving Base (ESB), which consumes only 50% of its power when the motor is idle.
