All products from the size of a one-euro coin up to 200 mm wide can be processed by this compact powerhouse. Burrs and irregularities are removed at the infeed side by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by two oscillating combination brushes which apply light pressure. The brushes ensure consistent rounding of all edges and holes, both around the product and within the ground surface, resulting in the optimal finish.

The F200 XL offers features such as automatic brush calibration, ensuring constant consistency and precision, as well as full ERP control and seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine fully prepared for the future!
