Note:

The machine has been completely overhauled; the machine body has been fully reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced:

- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
- The central drive shaft is new
- The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain tap), including the coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- The clamping jaws are new (pull bridge additionally reinforced)
- A switchable clamping jaw monitoring system has been installed (additional safety for operator & prevention of tool breakage)
- A safety door with monitoring system has replaced the rubber safety guard
- The tool length setting system has been relocated outside the machine enclosure
- Additional end position limit switches have been installed
- The entire electrical system (control cabinet) with Siemens components is new
- Control panel made of stainless steel with permanent labelling
- New SEW geared motor with toothed belt drive
- The machine has been newly painted with a 2-component structured paint

The machine is stored at our warehouse and can be inspected under power on site.
