Overview
This RINK KM 690/4K empty-bottle decapping machine, manufactured in January 2012, is designed for the automatic removal of screw caps from returnable empty bottles directly in the crate. The machine is installed in the empties feed area and removes the screw caps before the bottles are conveyed to the bottle washer. The system is equipped with 4 units, each featuring 4 x 3 unscrewing heads, allowing multiple bottles to be processed in parallel within the crate. During operation, the crates are continuously conveyed beneath the decapping sections. The head units lower onto the bottles in cycles, unscrew the caps, and then return to their initial upper position.
