Compact heavy-duty precision CNC rotary table indexing device (rotary table) with controller. Suitable for single-part or small-batch production in mechanical engineering. A horizontal or vertical installation is possible.

This indexing device is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, or for use on tool or surface grinding machines. Square, hexagonal, and gear milling of any pitch or 3D machining are possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear system is designed with an ultra-high reduction ratio of 100:1, specially developed by us and not a standard design.

Output torque well over 70 Nm. The maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm. Center height: 125 mm.

Drive is provided by a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm. Possible adjustable indexing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm gear pair has four ball bearings and is set backlash-free and is also adjustable. The bearings are from FAG/SKF.

The one-piece robust output spindle is equipped with a faceplate d=200 mm, internal taper MK 3, and a through-hole 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg

The electronic controller, a handy module with 14 movement programs and 2 reference runs as well as step monitoring and power supply, is included in the package. The control module is made of metal.

Optimized pre-programmed dividing positions in 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, 0 degree incremental steps.

Repeat cycles, right and left rotation, and cycle pauses are of course programmable.

With the software, you can program movement sequences and cycles, input absolute or incremental travel positions. The actual value can be conveniently displayed in the software at any time. One output can exclusively receive start impulses from an NC machine. Complex scale divisions, cross bores, or gears can be manufactured quickly.

Standard clamping tools are available for your applications; custom clamping fixtures can also be made quickly and cost-effectively upon request. Additionally, solutions for special rotary tables are available on request.
