Microwave thawing unit for quick and waste-free defrosting of frozen meat, poultry, fish blocks, etc. Equipped with a chamber for cyclic operation (loading – thawing – unloading).

Ideal for thawing frozen blocks within a few minutes (temperature change from -20 °C to -4/-2 °C). The blocks remain sufficiently chilled for further processing (e.g., mincing). Thawing time from -20 °C to -2 °C may vary depending on the thickness of the blocks.
