The Scantool 100 RSX is the ideal tube grinder for all types of tubes and profiles. It simplifies welding seams and delivers a superior surface finish.
The Scantool 100 RSX is designed for batch production, where precision and clean work are required.
It is widely used in the production of handrails, frames, go-karts, mesh trolleys, wheelchairs, marine fittings, railings, gates, doors, furniture frames, and stainless steel tube and profile processing for the food industry, among others.
The Scantool 100 RSX can grind tubes and profiles made of any material with diameters from Ø 21 to 76 mm.
Integrated high-performance extraction
The Scantool 100 RSX features a powerful built-in extraction unit that removes a significant portion of the grinding dust from the abrasive belt.
For optimal dust collection, the Scantool 100S Cyclone can be installed directly behind the grinder. The Scantool Cyclone 100S is available as an option.
