The mobile dust collector Vacomat 140/160 XPe is ideal for single machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 1,593 m³/h can be conveyed with this extraction unit in negative pressure operation, e.g., for the extraction of sliding table saws, jointers or thickness planers.

The dust/chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) with an inserted plastic bag. A vacuum channel securely holds the film bag in the collection container. A viewing window facilitates fill-level monitoring. The mobile dust collector Vacomat 140/160 XPe automatically monitors its extraction performance via a pressure switch, ensuring the highest operational safety.

The Vacomat 140/160 XPe features an electric-mechanical shaker motor to clean the filter bags. No compressed air connection or compressor is required. Control can be carried out via feedback from the woodworking machine using potential-free contacts.

The mobile dust collector Vacomat 140/160 XPe comes standard with patented SchukoCone filter bags. SchukoCone filter bags are particularly suitable for fine dusts.
