The machine was purchased in 2018 and operated until 2020, after which it was decommissioned and conserved as a backup machine following the acquisition of another CNC machine.

DESCRIPTION:
We offer a manual lathe Bezinger TLI 10 for manufacturing wedding rings and special applications. The machine uses diamond tools for precise machining and a perfect ring polish. It is capable of high-precision processing of inner, lateral, and outer ring surfaces, including radii.
Special separate fixtures allow for individual operations without the need for adjustment or changing accessories.
- A unique feature of the lathe is the vacuum chip extraction through a vacuum cleaner hose (vacuum cleaner not included in the offer)
- In addition to fixtures for gold processing, the machine also includes additional fixtures for producing platinum rings.
- The sales set includes clamp sets for internal clamping of bars and tubes in 4 different widths. Each set contains 40 sizes of clamps.
