Exhibition machine Garbsen CNC-CONTROLLED MACHINING CENTER morbidelli m100 Drilling and milling made for you! This numerically controlled machining center is equipped with a comprehensive range of tools for milling and drilling, enabling it to meet any woodworking requirement. Exceptionally high performance – featuring drilling spindles with 8,000 rpm and state-of-the-art technology, it boasts the most robust spindle available on the market, with over 1,000 maintenance-free cycles. Fully equipped – the suction pads can be individually configured on the TV FLEX worktable, allowing the machine to be tailored to specific requirements. Intuitive and straightforward programming thanks to integrated Cad-Cam MAESTRO CNC software. Easy to operate, the lowered machine frame ensures the worktable is always accessible. The control cabinet and vacuum pump are built into the machine base, and in the PRO SPACE version, no additional safety barriers are required.
Supporting Structure
The supporting structure consists of an especially sturdy, monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and highly robust. The particularly broad foundation has been specifically designed to provide the machine with stability and to ensure constant precision under all working conditions. Anchoring to the floor is not necessary. The base provides a large, solid platform for the moving gantry: the machining unit is equipped with a balanced, stable, and resilient support, capable of withstanding even the heaviest loads, thereby ensuring higher quality and greater accuracy.

The moving gantry is constructed from a single, solid piece anchored to the base, and runs on high-quality prismatic guides with ball-bearing carriages. The machining unit is attached to this and also moves along the Y and Z axes on prismatic guides with ball-bearing carriages. Movement of the lower moving unit (X-axis) and the machining unit along the traverse (Y-axis) is achieved via helical rack and pinion drive; this provides greater tooth-to-tooth engagement for increased acceleration and higher speed along the X and Y axes. The purpose-designed helical gearing ensures reduced wear and quieter operation. The vertical Z-axis is driven by a recirculating ball screw, ensuring perfect balance under dynamic loads and effective resistance to strong acceleration and deceleration.
The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, delivering extremely fine machining quality by virtually eliminating vibrations. All X-Y-Z axis movement is powered by brushless motors driven by static inverters, ensuring:
- Reduced machining times thanks to improved acceleration
- Higher positioning precision due to the high-resolution encoder
- Elimination of setup routines at machine start-up thanks to absolute encoders
- No general maintenance required, as the brushless system requires no brushes
