Creamco Cream Cooker with 80 L Kettle, Display Model (Year 2024) with Warranty, Nearly Like New—Used Only for Demonstration Purposes. Suitable for custard, batters, creams, fillings, cooking and brewing pieces, and much more. Features double-walled stainless steel container and a stirrer with easily removable (tool-free) mixing tool including plastic scrapers, as well as a digital thermostat and timer.

Mobile machine, fully constructed in stainless steel, with triple wall for optimal thermal insulation and even heat distribution, including side and bottom scrapers. Supplied with removable lid featuring a separately closable filling opening. Ideally suited for the production or preparation of sensitive products such as choux pastry, pastry cream, chocolate, fondant, fruit marmalade, glazes and fillings, as well as similar products requiring uniform heating and mixing/stirring. Two stirring speeds selectable, and stirring can also be performed without heating, e.g., for pre-mixing ingredients or for cooling.

Operation is manual or automatic via digital thermostat and timer. The kettle can be simply tilted for product removal via a crank handwheel—by more than 90 degrees if necessary—so that cleaning is also made relatively easy.
