For the production of precise tube geometries with bending radii up to 1.5xD

Robust and durable steel construction in a rigid, positively locked design – no torsion-prone design, e.g., due to a split construction between the bending head and mandrel support. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The control’s touch display allows for simple and intuitive programming and machine operation. After loading the tube, it is fixed in place by the chuck on the carriage. This ensures precise tube positioning and, therefore, the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard equipment also includes a tube geometry control prior to the bending process: if the bending process is started in an incorrect position, the machine does not give clearance to proceed. Operating errors are thus excluded. Optional additional features offer greater convenience and increase both output and thus the efficiency of the machine.
Data transfer from the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is done via USB stick or via FTP access from the computer to the machine controller. USB or LAN connector (RJ45) are included as standard. Existing tube geometries can be easily and quickly converted using, for example, the STEP format.

Unique graphical programming: simple geometries can be calculated directly on the machine. After entering length and angle, the control automatically calculates the feed values and bending angles.
