Manufactured as a self-supporting aluminium construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower flange for particularly high stability and strength; cross members 140 mm high, reinforced design (for high floor load); additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower flange / vehicle frame area; aggregates chassis made of ALUMINIUM (semi-trailer construction max. 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension
DC axle assemblies, 3x9 tonnes with DC air suspension, raising and lowering function, load pressure gauge, automatic lift axle with traction aid regulation (without tractor unit equipment).
Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40% tread remaining, mounted on steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.
Landing Legs
Aluminium drop-leg landing gear with 2 x 10 t load capacity; for air suspension we use swivel feet.
Braking System
According to E.G. standards, dual circuit brake system, EBS D+ system by Wabco, spring brake actuators working on two axles with operation at the rear, aluminium air tank system.
Electrical System
According to EC directive 91/633 11.97/28 with 2 five-chamber Aspöck Europoint lights integrated into aluminium end rear, 24-volt system with 1x15-pin and 2x7-pin sockets, with side marker lights in LED design, 2 reflective panels at the rear, position lights front 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated in the underrun protection.

Front wall load 17,250 daN, side and rear wall 10,400 daN (TÜV-CERT). Aluminium tipper body, side walls made of 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with lower and upper flange, inner plank profiles fully welded, floor as moving floor system laid on 140 mm aluminium cross members, forklift floor load approx. 9 t/m2, cross members mounted close together (approx. 350 mm), aluminium front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight design; special aluminium corner profiles, bevelled design; smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 aluminium swing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 locking rods in welded aluminium rear frame mounted in Teflon and inbox bushings; doors secured in open position with one chain each to the side; hard wear plates on the side walls, 4 mm thick, fully welded (approx. 3m x 2m x 4mm); moving residual discharge wall with Kevlar tarpaulin approx. 1,500 mm long plus side brushes with tarpaulin sealing; service door front right in front wall.
Hydraulic System "Walking Floor" System
Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated aluminium profiles on aluminium square profiles, with approx. 980 PE-HD sliding elements, type approx. 8.5 mm profiled floor; hydraulics with approx. 200 mm stroke; fixed halves at the front wall, separate option for connecting hydraulic lines under the vehicle with fixed halves; line size NW 21; fixed halves to be specified in size and design; operating pressure 190-max. 240 bar; aluminium end pieces welded into the moving floor; electrical control at the rear left with remote control integrated in a lockable, waterproof box; without hydraulic hoses; floor end caps at the rear reinforced / stainless steel plate.
