Chassis

Aluminium, cranked chassis (volume version -80 mm). Two fully automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members, chassis width 1,300 mm.

Axles and Suspension, Drum Brakes
BPW axle assemblies, drum type, 3 x 9 t with BPW air suspension; air bellows centrally arranged on the chassis longitudinal member; lift axle with starting aid and manual forced lowering; raise/lower valve; parking brake.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5, approximately 30-40% tread remaining, with steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 0, UNI wheel bolts suitable for aluminium rims.

Kingpin
2" screwed into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Support legs, manufacturer Jost, with 2 x 20 t load capacity; swing feet used for air suspension.

Brake System
According to E.G. standards, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, EBS-D system with Wabco aluminum air reservoir system.

Electrical System
In accordance with German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO), with 2 five-chamber rear lights, 24 V system with 2 x 7-pole sockets, with side marker lights; 2 separate halogen reversing lights.

Tipper Body / Skip Body, Fully Welded Interior
Aluminium skip, side walls made of 30 mm thick plank profiles (2–3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded. Floor approx. 8 mm thick, high-wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110). Front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight design. Rear wall as universal door, straight design, with 2 swing doors in 2/3–1/3 split, fitted with a grain chute. ALU round profile welded to the rear doors laterally and at the bottom for sealings of door gaps. Rear doors partly smooth aluminium panelled. Universal door operated automatically/pneumatically, can be locked with a separate lever. Rear headboard made of swivel-out aluminium. Two retainer clamps with rubber buffers fixed to the skip body at front wall.

Hydraulic System
Tipping cylinder renewed in 2023. Hydraulic cylinder mounted at front wall, working pressure approx. 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro, with ca. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and 1" loose half coupling.

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards, complete spray flaps over the entire vehicle width attached to side underrun protection, ALU spare wheel holder, foldable side underrun protection on the right. Large tool box type 860, approx. 3 m aluminium ladder, 3 swivel ALU stanchions raised by 150 mm in the middle, additionally one centrally mounted stanchion holder for positioning a total of 2 stanchions to increase loading width. Tarp with a central light strip and separate reinforcements in wear areas, approx. 660 g/m² quality, with rolling tarpaulin system. Perimeter elastic cord on the rear end of the tarpaulin, fastened with two tension hooks on the rear stanchion. Catwalk on the chassis in chassis color with access from both sides. Tarp closure at the side with tension straps, rear tarp closure with aluminium cover and rear tarpaulin with welded elastic cord against water ingress. Robust, foldable underrun protection in aluminium with towing eyes on the left. Aluminium grain funnel with sack and two wheel chocks including holders, mounted on the side of the frame, etc.
