Made of aluminum
Two fully automatically welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members. Chassis width 1,600 mm.
Axles and Suspension Disc Brakes Weightmaster
DCA axle assemblies, type DCA 3 x 9 t with air suspension, air bellows centrally mounted to chassis longitudinal members, lift axle with starting aid and manual forced lowering, load pressure gauge, lifting-lowering valve, BVA brake wear indicator.
Tires and Wheels
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5, approx. 50-60% tread, with steel rims, 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts.
Landing Gear
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2x 20 t support load, swing feet used for air suspension.
Brake System
According to E.G. standards, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, EBS-D+ system Wabco, aluminum air reservoir system.
Electrical System
In accordance with StVZO regulations, with 2 Aspöck five-chamber rear lights, 24V system with 2x7-pin and 1x15-pin sockets, with side marker lights, 1 separate halogen reversing spotlight mounted inside right side of body, 2 halogen side spotlights mounted near landing gear (at underrun protection height).
Tipper Body/Aluminum Body Fully Welded Inside
Aluminum trough, side walls made of 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm) welded 600 mm wide, floor 6 mm thick high wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110), front wall 4 mm reinforced straight type, rear wall as universal door, straight version with 2 wing doors split 2/3-1/3 with a grain sluice, rubber seal sealing door gap at the rear doors laterally and below, rear doors partially smooth clad with aluminum, universal door controlled automatically-pneumatically, lockable with separate lever, rear bow made of aluminum, can be swung out, two hold-down brackets with rubber buffer mounted at the tipping trough on the front wall to the frame.
Hydraulic System
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall with working pressure of 135 bar, manufacturer Edbro, 150 bar with 1" fixed half.
Accessories
