The bottles, which are selected by a screw, are then guided onto the rotating carousel by a starwheel.

First station: Disgorging – The bottles are first grasped by the neck, and the bodies of the bottles are then further conveyed in an inclined position by the feed path. Each bottle carrier is equipped with an adjustable disgorging system and a finger to prevent wine loss.

Second station: Partial extraction, up to 6 centiliters (bottle in upright position).

Third station: Dosing of the sealed bottle, set at a 60-degree inclination; dosing control is provided both above and below.

Fourth station: Top-up (upright bottles) with wine, using a small pneumatically adjustable pump to ensure optimal filling quality.

The machine is constructed robustly and with utmost care, featuring a frame and housing made of top-quality stainless steel. The upper part is made of transparent polycarbonate.

Base machine suitable for handling 0.75-liter, 0.375-liter, Magnum (1.5-liter) sparkling wine bottles, and, on request, special bottles.
