Application Area
The crack detection unit is designed for surface crack testing of weld seams, large forged and cast parts, machine components, but also as a power unit for stationary crack detection benches.
Only ferromagnetic workpieces can be inspected!

During magnetization, the workpiece must be wetted with a test liquid (inspection medium). Subsequently, defects can be detected under UV light (UV lamp).
