VIOLI VM TRI 10

Üretim yılı: 2023, durum: ikinci el, VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s Drawing Bench Year of manufacture: 2023 The VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s drawing bench is a robust and innovative machine engineered for precise and efficient metal drawing operations. Featuring a useful length of 3 meters and a powerful traction capacity of 2,500 kg, its patented hydraulic system ensures linear pulling action, a compact design, and consistent quality. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Useful length: 3 meters Traction force: 2,500 kg Operating hydraulic pressure: 180 bar Drawing speed: Min. 0 m/min, Max. 17 m/min Drawing reduction: Approx. 15% of section POINTER clamping force: 100 tons Tolerance: 1 mm Power supply: 400 V - 50 Hz Motor power: 9.2 kW Hydraulic oil: ISO 46 Motor rating: 9.2 kW - 380 V, 50 Hz Noise level: At workplace LP < 70 dB(A) Hydraulic system: Proportional hydraulic pump Carriage movement: with recirculating ball guides Construction and mobile installation of a die holder to accommodate up to 10 dies in-line with the carriage; Bsdpfxoyl U Sqs Alxsln Prepared for lubricant oil cooling with stainless steel coil inserted in the tank; Adjustable die holder; Bar support system; Tank with lubrication pump; Manual opening/closing of the gripper operated by pneumatic piston; Compliance: The machine meets EU conformity regulations. DETAILED FEATURES Operating system: The system utilizes a hydraulic piston and patented technology to optimize space and ensure linear motion. With the drawing die port minimizing flexion of the support structure, it enables a compact die length and effectively doubles the useful drawing stroke. Gripper return: A patented double-circuit chain technology returns the gripper to its starting position. This allows the hydraulic piston stroke to be half the useful working stroke. Traction force: Traction force is applied in line with the drawing die. Speed control: Drawing speed can be manually adjusted from 0 to 16 meters/minute (0–16 m/min), providing precise speed regulation and constant speed thanks to the hydraulic drive. Tolerance: The machine offers 1 mm tolerance. Hydraulic system: Equipped with a proportional hydraulic pump. Motor power: 9.2 kW – 380 V, 50 Hz. Carriage: Sliding carriage with recirculating ball guides. Die holder: Mobile construction and installation of a die holder for up to 10 dies inline with the carriage. Lubrication: Equipped with a lubrication tank and pump, includes an oil-cooling system with a stainless steel coil in the tank. Adjustable die holder. Bar support: Includes bar support system. Gripper operation: Manual opening/closing of the grippers by pneumatic piston. Control panel: The machine is fitted with a control panel. FUNCTION The VM/TRI253S hydraulic drawing bench is used for cold reduction of the cross-sectional area of a metal rod—either round or shaped profile—as well as hollow or 'cored' metal tubes. The reduction is achieved by drawing the material through a calibrated drawing die and pulling it using a mechanical clamp, applying the required force to achieve the desired dimensional reduction.
