Description:
The system is an automated solution for removing and transferring parts from an upstream press. Robots pick up the parts and move them via a conveyor and transport system through an industrial washing tunnel (wet cleaning) and subsequently through an inspection/measuring system for quality control. The entire process chain is designed for continuous operation and integrates robotic handling, washing process, conveyor technology, and automatic quality decision (OK/NOK).
