WJS MTS Tool Washing Machine
features an automatic system for cleaning tools from resin and other deposits.
• The holder plate with multiple tools is moved up and down in the cleaning bath to ensure all surfaces, passages, and recesses are thoroughly and quickly cleaned.
• Additionally, two ultrasonic modules are used to significantly reduce cleaning time.

• The system operates quietly and is both user- and environmentally friendly, as only water-soluble cleaning agents are used, and the cleaning takes place in an enclosed unit.
• The system is fully automatic and requires no monitoring. This saves time and money, while tools are cleaned perfectly and gently. With the WJS MTS-U system, machine parts and other materials can also be cleaned.
• All alkaline and acidic agents, as well as solvent-based cleaning agents, can be used.
