The Wolfking Y/D-REV is a powerful, highly efficient industrial grinder (block meat grinder) specifically designed for both pre-grinding and fine grinding of whole, hard blocks of frozen meat, fish, or poultry.

Thanks to its enormous 400 mm sieve diameter and a 33 kW drive operating at 250 A, the machine easily crushes and grinds frozen raw materials (down to -20°C) without any need for prior thawing or pre-chopping. This preserves the highest microbiological quality of the product and drastically shortens processing time.

Key features:
- Heavy-duty construction: Massive body and feed hopper made entirely of acid-resistant stainless steel, engineered to withstand extreme mechanical loads.

- High throughput: The 400 mm diameter, combined with a specially designed feeder and cutting screw geometry, ensures exceptional hourly throughput.

- Minimal temperature rise: A specialized cutting system reduces friction to a minimum, preventing the raw material from overheating during grinding and maintaining ideal fat and protein structure.
