The Quadro Filius is a program-controlled machine for the gentle processing of all types of bread roll doughs. The following types of rolls can be produced:
Djdsw A Nxzopfx Af Doku
- Rustic rolls, square
- Triangular rolls
- Seeded sticks

The machine is characterized by high flexibility when producing these baked goods in small and medium-sized businesses. It can be combined with downstream topping stations or a turntable system. Operation is via a text display.

The machine has been final-inspected and dough-tested by our master baker.
