Condition of the baler:
The baler was previously in production use exclusively for compacting cardboard and was regularly serviced. With only 13,209 operating hours, the machine has comparatively low usage. The baler has been partially overhauled in our workshop and thoroughly tested.

The following overhaul work has been carried out:
- Machine cleaned
- Bale retention device made operable and lubricated
Hfedpfx Aley R Npcocog
- Light barrier replaced
- Twister unit fully disassembled, cleaned, all bearings replaced, all plastic guides replaced, lubricated, chain tension adjusted
- Knives and counter-knives removed, sharpened, reinstalled
- Knife gap reset
- General maintenance and lubrication performed

Scope of delivery:
- 1 baler unit with wire spool boxes, without wire (6850 x 1950 x 2650 mm)
- 1 bale chute (5100 x 1150 x 450 mm)
- 1 wire spool box for floor mounting (1450 x 380 x 360 mm)
A tautliner with an effective internal height of 2700 mm is required for transport of the baler.
