DENN NTR 130-50

The DENN NTR-130/50 CNC spinning lathe was manufactured in 2022 in Spain by INDUSTRIAS PUIGJANER S.A. This machine is designed for metal forming of parts made from a wide variety of materials such as brass, silver, iron, and stainless steel. The forming process is based solely on the plastic properties of metals, without the need for cutting tools.

The automatic DENN spinning machine enables both metal spinning and flow forming operations. Both processes use precise rollers to shape components by applying pressure to the part as it rotates at high speed. Flow forming differs in that the part is shaped through successive passes of the roller along the mandrel, allowing for components with uniform wall thickness and a more homogenous surface finish.

Within the machine’s robust construction are all essential components with superior technical specifications. These include a durable and reliable bed, hydraulic tailstock, and a headstock equipped with an internal ejector for finished parts. The system is complemented by user-friendly controls, enabling full operator interaction with the machine.

The NTR 130/50 spinning lathe is offered with extensive equipment, including CAD/CAM software, an additional support roller, and trimming tools. The machine has only clocked 1,323 operating hours since new. The total weight of the machine is approximately 9,000 kg.
