The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a range of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a broad selection of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your specific needs. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility regarding bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine concept, combined with precise CNC control, ensures durable and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and customization options to tailor it to your requirements. The DELEM DA CNC graphic controller allows convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. Using the CNC control, press force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated.
