Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure automatically blasted with shot blasting system after welding
- Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion
- Entire chassis metalized with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for premium corrosion protection
- Final painting with two coats of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red as per RAL 841GL system
- Rear section metalized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
- Paint system tested in a salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
- Cavity sealing with special wax
