Description:
The tempering and enrobing machine model MAESTRIA60 is designed for tempering and enrobing all types of chocolate. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the MAESTRIA60 tempering and enrobing machine is particularly suitable for versatile use in confined spaces.
Continuous tempering is achieved by means of an auger and a cooling unit, ensuring that the chocolate is always ready for use at the correct temperature.
The machine is equipped with a heated dosing system, which is controlled by a pneumatic three-way valve. This allows chocolate to be dispensed directly into moulds for bars, pralines, and other products.
By equipping the machine with the appropriate enrobing attachment, all types of confectionery products can be enrobed, either partially or fully.
