Vario stanchion system
4 pairs recessed into the loading area, collapsible to 2,100 mm and extendable to approx. 3,500 mm for loading. Stanchions can be locked at 100 mm intervals for an internal width of 2,100 mm to 3,000 mm, 4 pairs of divisible stanchions 600 mm + 1,200 mm, total height 1,800 mm, removable. For an internal stanchion width above approx. 2,350 mm, oversize width.
Vario bulkheads
Floor prepared for the installation of 3 bulkheads. 4 x 5 pairs of Vario stanchion pockets for plug-in bulkheads (front and rear respectively), and 1 x 3 pairs each in the center for transporting welded mesh of 2 x 5,000 mm or 2 x 6,000 mm
2 Vario bulkheads, each consisting of 1 pair of plug-in stanchions and 1 crossbeam at the top approx. 2,200 mm wide. Crossbeam extendable by 220 mm on each side, with lashing hole for securing. Height of Vario bulkhead approx. 1,900 mm, adjustable to 1,300 mm or 700 mm.

1 pair of supports at the bottom for front Vario bulkhead
1 pair of supports at the bottom for rear Vario bulkhead

1 stanchion storage box closed, open at the top, below the loading area, doors on both sides, w=450 mm / h=400/420 mm / d=2460 mm
4 lashing/stanchion rails set transversely in the floor across the full width to the outer frame (max. usable internal width between the outer plug-in stanchions approx. 2,170 mm), approx. 100 mm high. With 20 mm round steel bars, top and bottom, spaced approx. 60 mm apart (of the round steel). Bottom finishes with angle steel, half open downwards. For lashing and plugging in 80 x 80 mm stanchions.
Note: Stanchion pockets/plug-in stanchions are not designed solely for securing long loads, pipes, etc. without lashing
