- Ortlinghaus KBK + additional brake disassembled, cleaned, inspected, seals replaced
- Supplemental air reservoir
- New control cabinet with safety control and touchscreen display
- New machine wiring
- New Vogel central lubrication system with piping (previously manual lubrication points)
- New Herion press safety valve + maintenance unit
- New Balluff cam switchgear
- New two-hand operator control panel
- New foot switch
- Current UVV inspection with brake time measurement
- Machine is safe for manual insertion operations
