The path control is very user-friendly; length and radius corrections can be programmed, requiring no advanced CNC knowledge. Of course, the Hermle can also be operated manually without the control system. Additionally, the machine features hydraulic clamping both vertically and horizontally. Conversion from vertical to horizontal operation is very simple, thanks to the folding vertical head. The guideways are regularly lubricated by the central lubrication system.
