The MV-600E/NC Four-Column Hydraulic Press is part of the M/NC Series, specially designed for increased accuracy and capacity, and manufactured for punching, deep drawing, piercing, and deburring applications.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Comprised of three electro-welded blocks, made exclusively from S355JR steel.

• Stabilized and machined upon completion of welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed with finite element software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7" HMI KTP-700 touch panel. This allows programming of power, ram stroke, and speeds, with a memory capacity of 300 presets for various work cycles.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-protection guides.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic cut-off of high speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional valve, and safety valve. A side-mounted pressure switch allows adjustment of the pressure best suited to each operation.
• Glycerin-filled tonnage gauge display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The electrical control panel features mode selectors for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation, as well as an additional selector for high or low-speed operation.
• Equipped with PLC for internal control of motions and decompression timings.
• Operation is via a low-voltage electric two-hand control panel.
• Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored, with an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for actuation and safety. Includes inspection and certification for proper operation and safety distance verification for photocells.
• Safety is ensured by Category IV light curtains in the front work area, two fixed lateral safety guards, and a movable rear guard with a magnetic shut-off detector.
• The machine is equipped with an IXON system for online support in case of malfunctions or reprogramming.
• Ladder with upper catwalk for service access (scaffold).
