Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing specialists to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special detergent (cleaning solution). Contaminated parts are placed in the rotating wash basket, and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is switched on, and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and distribute it via six stainless steel spray arms with overlapping flat-jet nozzles. During uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, the hot cleaning solution is sprayed intensively onto the parts from all sides for thorough cleaning.

After the cleaning cycle is complete, the machine switches off automatically.
