The iMG 1010 is a compact solution for machining workpieces up to 100x100x100 mm. Its base structure made of polymer concrete allows for precise machining of a wide range of materials such as titanium, steel, CoCr, ceramics, sapphire, zirconia, or aluminum. A particularly noteworthy feature is the arrangement of the Y-axis, which, due to its installation position, ensures high stability and excellent vibration damping. Nearly all positions on the workpiece are accessible without reclamping. The selection of workpiece clamping devices and holders, combined with the zero-point clamping system, makes the machine a versatile machining center. Its design enables both wet and dry machining without time-consuming retooling. The CNC machine can be equipped with an optional loading and unloading system, which accesses the work area from the right, left, or from above. This allows workpieces to be changed automatically.

The zero-point clamping system acts as an interface and ensures precise and repeatable positioning of the workpiece. Through software interfaces, the system can be integrated into network-controlled, automated manufacturing processes. The maintenance-friendly design and durable spindle direct drives reduce service costs and downtime, offering a reliable machining system. All elements are designed for easy accessibility while being protected from external influences to ensure long service life. The sophisticated system offers numerous possibilities for expansion.
