Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw of heavy-duty construction, with a horizontally parallel movable saw band, designed for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all qualities, including extremely hard-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy).

Suitable for the use of bimetal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

The saw unit is manufactured in a solid polymer concrete design, ensuring maximum running smoothness and extended service life of the saw bands.

The saw unit is guided by one vertical and one round column guide (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails.
Hydraulic saw band tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide saw band guides.

Material clamping is performed via two hydraulic vices.
The machine features straightforward operation.
Length input can be set via handwheel, with 0.1 mm resolution. Piece count is set through a piece counter; once the set quantity is reached, the machine switches off automatically.
Material feed is performed by a feed cylinder, providing the highest cut accuracy.
The machines are easy to operate and work fully automatically.
