Kimla LASER FIBER KIMLA POWERCUT LF 1530 6 KW

The KIMLA POWERCUT LF 1530 6 kW fiber laser was manufactured in 2022 in Poland by POLCOM Przemysław Kimla.

Laser cutting is performed using a stable 6 kW fiber optic beam. The cutting head features a focusing lens assembly that ensures optimal beam geometry for various types of components. The entire machining process is further supported by an automatic pallet exchange system, enabling simultaneous loading and unloading of parts during cutting operations.

All linear axes (X, Y, Z) are driven by high-performance servo drives. These incorporate innovative technology based on real-time Ethernet data transmission, allowing for the precise configuration of four motion parameters (position, speed, acceleration, and jerk).

The POWERCUT LF 1530 fiber laser cutter is built on a rigid, monolithic frame. The design of the moving gantry is inspired by aerospace structures, prioritizing low weight and high rigidity.

The machine is equipped with a comprehensive range of features, including an interactive control system that integrates CAD/CAM software and CNC control. This allows the operator to edit, correct, change geometry, arrange layouts, generate toolpaths, and continue work at any stage of the process. The system also features automatic nesting with production management modules.

The offered KIMLA POWERCUT tube and profile cutting laser was installed and commissioned in February 2023. Since then, the machine has operated for only 4,450 hours.
