Overview

This Krones Sensometic beer filling line was manufactured in 1998 and was previously installed in a high-capacity beverage bottling facility. The machine is designed for isobaric filling of beer and is equipped with 77 filling valves, enabling high-throughput production. The bottling line is configured as a filling and capping block and includes two capping units: one for screw caps and one for crown caps. Both capping systems feature 12 capping heads each, and cap sorting systems are integrated into the machine. With a rated capacity of approximately 33,000 bottles per hour, this machine is suitable for large-scale operations in returnable glass bottling. The system supports a wide range of bottle formats typically used in the beer industry.
