The ML100 tube grinding machine is the perfect choice for surface grinding and polishing of round, oval, and elliptical tubes – suitable for both straight and bent tubes.

The planetary belt system of the ML100 enables belt grinding without the rotation of the tube and delivers optimal results.

The feed system guides straight tubes safely into the grinding station to ensure consistent and productive surface quality.

Minimal vibration with long tubes:

With the ML planetary belt system, the tube does not rotate. The abrasive belts rotate around the tube as it is transported straight through the machine.

Polishing straight or bent tubes:

The ML100 is designed to finish straight tubes (automatically) or bent tubes (manually).

Quick adjustment:

The automatic feed system can be easily removed using hinges to facilitate processing of bent tubes.

Reduced heat generation:

Unlike other conventional systems, the planetary belt system significantly reduces friction heat on the tube surface.

Oval tubes:

Surfaces of oval or elliptical tubes can be safely processed with the ML100.

Maximum abrasive belt adaptability over holes or gaps in the tube.
