Machine designed for the insertion of plastic thermal break strips into the slots of aluminium profiles.
The feed system consists of four motorized rollers, which prevent the strips from jamming during the insertion phase.
The AS 242 L thermal break strip insertion device has been developed to efficiently insert plastic strips into aluminium thermal break profiles, ensuring smooth feeding, precise alignment, and reduced cycle times.

- Bar insertion speed: 100 m/min
- Bar guide stroke: lateral 7 – 256 mm, vertical 0.5 – 140 mm

- Automatic ejection of the strip tail
- Push button for partial insertion of strips into the lower profile

Lateral bar guide adjustment is controlled by a single command equipped with a decimal position indicator.
Vertical bar guide adjustment is carried out by two independent controls, each equipped with a decimal position indicator.
Bar stop can be excluded via push-button control.
