THERMAL BREAK STRIP INSERTER/DEVICE FOR INSERTING THERMAL BARRIERS INTO PROFILES

Machine designed for the insertion of plastic thermal break strips into the slots of aluminium profiles.
The feed system consists of four motorized rollers, which prevent the strips from jamming during the insertion phase.

The AS 242 L thermal break strip insertion device has been developed to efficiently insert plastic strips into aluminium thermal break profiles, ensuring smooth feeding, precise alignment, and reduced cycle times.
