FOAM TANK (1 unit)
- Frame
- Box section profile
- Capacity: 5 m³
- The tank body is made from 3 mm AISI 304 stainless steel plate
- All welds are performed using appropriate stainless steel TIG welding
b) Heating
- 2-inch stainless steel pipe
- Oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch, DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Pressure test is performed at 6 bar

c) Mixing system
- 3 kW, 60 rpm agitator motor
- Drive is by chain and sprocket
- Sealing is achieved with packings
- Bearings are SKF or FAG
- Fixed baffles on the outer walls are installed to improve dispersion and ensure a homogeneous structure
d) Temperature indicators are both digital and analogue, with two outputs provided
- The bitumen pump capacity is max. 8 m³/h
- Fitted with a 7.5 kW, 400 rpm gear motor
- The bitumen meter is designed for a capacity of 10 m³/h
a) Pipes
- Manufactured from steel pipes in accordance with DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25)
- The mill line consists of 1.5-inch inner pipe and 2-inch outer jacket pipe
- Jacket pipes are welded to TSE standards
- Bypass pipes are made at suitable locations in 0.5-inch diameter
b) Expansion joints
- DN 50, DN 80, PN 16, rated for 200°C
c) 3-way and 2-way valves with heating
- Compliant with TSE standards
- Designed for operation under high pressure (16 bar) and temperature (230°C)
d) Hot oil valves
- Hot oil valves by KLINGER or THERMO, heat-resistant
- DN25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16
e) Filter
- Features an inner container made with 3 mm wire, designed for easy and frequent cleaning
