BITUMEN TANK (50 TONS)
• The tank capacity must be 50 tons.
• The tanks must be manufactured in accordance with TSE practices and Highway Commission standards.

• The tank must be equipped with a thermal oil heating system.
• Seamless coil pipe system for heating
• Bitumen temperature up to mixing temperature
• The fuel tank must include a level and temperature indicator, suction nozzle, filler opening, and ventilation system, inspection hatch, and drain.
• Support legs must be provided under the tank, and its surface must be insulated with 50 mm rock wool and covered with 0.80 mm galvanized sheet metal.
1. THERMAL OIL GENERATOR
• The generator capacity must be 2,000,000 kcal/h.
• The system must be designed for diesel fuel operation.
• The generator must include a 1,500 l filling tank.
• The generator must be horizontal, equipped with a seamless steel-drawn hot oil pipe, double-walled and of circulation type.
• The generator body must be insulated with 100 mm rock wool and covered with aluminum sheet metal.
• The generator system must be manufactured to production standards and must include a compensating tank, degasser, oil filter, valves and a fully automatic ignition-controlled burner, control panel, pump, and necessary safety equipment.
• The coil consists of at least 30 m² of seamless steel tubing.
• The generator must be equipped with an integrated warning system to protect the entire system against hazardous situations caused by hot oil level or low heat transfer oil.
• The burner system must be automatically activated depending on the set operating temperature of the heat transfer oil.
• The system must be supplied as a complete package.
