2. VERTICAL MIXING TANK
Frame:
- Manufactured as a vertical rectangular profile.
- Built to dimensions with a capacity of 11 m³.
- The tank body is made from 5 mm St37-grade steel plate.
- The bitumen fill pipe consists of 3" DN80, PN16, DIN2633 1 unit; the discharge pipe consists of 3" DN150, PN16, DIN2633 and 3" DN80, PN16, DIN2633 2 units.
- The inspection cover measures 500 x 500 mm.

b) Heating
- Heated externally with diathermic hot oil.
- Leak test conducted at not less than 6 bar.

c) Insulation
- 100 mm rapid wire mesh rock wool in compliance with Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
- External surface is made of stainless steel sheet, custom produced to tank dimensions.

d) Mixing system
- 2 x 7.5 kW agitator motors, 60 rpm
- Chain-driven
- Sealed at the drive unit for leak tightness
- Bearings by SKF or FAG
- Fixed blades mounted on the tank interior walls to enhance dispersion and achieve a homogeneous mixture

e) Temperature indicators are digital and analogue with two outputs each.

f) Integrated connection paddles, ladders, and platform included.

3. BITUMEN PUMPS
- 2 ½ XLA type with oil heating
- Pump capacity: 25 t/h bitumen pumps
- Coupled with a 7.5 kW, 400 rpm gearmotor

4. SBS FEED UNIT (POLYMER MODIFIED GRANULES)
a) Feed hopper
- Slot width of 500 x 500 mm
- Manufactured from 4 mm plate
- Mounted with granule feed, 30 m³/h capacity, in the feed helix
- Frame with 5 mm wall thickness, pipe diameter 220 mm
- Leak tightness at the drive end
- Bearings by SKF or FAG
- 5.5 kW, 80 rpm gear motor with coupling drive

5. PIPEWORK AND EQUIPMENT
a) Pipes
- Steel pipes according to DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25)
- Mill line built with 3" internal pipe and 4" outer jacket pipe
- Jacket pipes welded to TSE standards
- Bypass pipes at appropriate locations in 1" diameter

b) Compensators
- DN 50, DN 80, PN 16, for 400°C

c) 3-way and 2-way heated valves
- Conforms to TSE standards
- Pneumatic control
- For operation under high pressure (16 bar) and temperature (230°C)

d) Hot oil valves
- KLINGER or THERMO brand piston hot oil valves used
- Dimensions: DN 25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16, etc.
