The professional Pulsotronic M-Pulse2 BD HD conveyor metal detector is an advanced X-ray and magnetic inspection system designed to meet the highest safety and quality control standards in the food industry (meat, processing, bakery) and logistics. By using MFT (Multi-Frequency Technology), the device offers exceptional sensitivity in detecting ferromagnetic, non-ferromagnetic, and stainless steel contaminants, effectively compensating for the so-called "product effect" (frequently encountered when inspecting wet meat, cheese, or fresh baked goods).

The wide detection head with a 650 mm x 150 mm clearance allows simultaneous inspection of a broad range of loose products, large raw material blocks, or finished meals in bulk and retail packaging. The integrated conveyor system (1200 x 610 mm) ensures complete product stability during transport. The unit is prepared for operation with an automatic pneumatic reject system (requires 4-6 bar supply), removing defective product batches without halting the entire production line.
