The base structure is a monolithic construction made of thick-walled steel. It is reinforced over the entire machine bed with welded-in triangular plates, resulting in extreme stability. The triangular shape with a broad base used for the load-bearing components is the secret to lasting precision and stability. The design of the machine allows the user to optimize workflow while minimizing space requirements. This base provides the processing unit with a balanced and secure foundation with particularly good load distribution.
The mobile unit carrier is built as a solid monoblock. It is positioned in the X-direction on ground prismatic guides via ball-bearing carriages. On this moving unit carrier, the working unit is also mounted on ground prismatic guides with ball-bearing carriages.
